The MAP Guarantee (Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement Program) ensures that we stand behind the quality and durability of all Topo Designs soft goods. We will repair or replace any product that fails due to a manufacturing defect for the life of the product.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming adventure.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How should I clean my Topo Designs bag?
We recommend spot cleaning your bags with a damp cloth and mild soap. To preserve the water-resistant coatings and structural integrity, do not machine wash or dry clean your packs.
