At Topo Designs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Select Items and Reason
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the dropdown menu to help us improve our products.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
